Important Notice – Availability in Australia
At present, we do not sell our cricket scoreboards directly in Australia. This decision has been made for several practical and business-related reasons.
1. Compliance Requirements
Selling electronic products in Australia involves various compliance and certification requirements, particularly for components such as Wi-Fi modules and power supplies. As a small business specialising in scoreboard design and manufacturing, meeting all of these requirements involves significant additional costs that we are currently not in a position to undertake.
2. Outdoor Power Supply Considerations
Our scoreboards are designed for outdoor use and require a suitable external power supply. In outdoor environments, particularly during Australia's hot weather and harsh conditions, power supplies and exposed cables can be damaged if they are not adequately protected. From our experience working with several cricket clubs, we have found that power supplies and cables are often left exposed despite recommendations to protect them. This can lead to damage and the need for replacements.
We are a scoreboard manufacturer, not a power supply manufacturer, so we prefer not to supply power equipment that may be exposed to conditions beyond our control.
3. Supporting Our Rental Customers
Our Australian scoreboard business was originally established with a rental model in mind. Continuing to focus on rentals allows us to provide a fair and consistent service to the clubs and organisations that have supported our rental business.
We may consider offering our cricket scoreboards for sale in Australia in the future. However, for the time being, our cricket scoreboards are not available for direct sale in Australia.
