Shipping Policies

For detailed shipping information, please refer to our shipping policy page. Typically, orders are processed within 2 business days. Please note that delivery timeframes are in addition to this processing time. We reserve the right to upgrade your selected shipping method to a faster option, at our discretion, without any extra charge.

We do not ship packages on Saturdays and Sundays. Orders made on Fridays will be shipped on the following Monday, provided it is a working day.

Items are carefully packaged in bubble envelopes, while larger orders with multiple components are shipped in boxes.

Same-Day Shipping Guarantee Criteria

BuildCircuit guarantees same-day shipment of your order if it meets all the following criteria:

1. The order is placed before 1:00 PM Sydney time on a business day.
2. The day of order placement is a business day.
3. All items are in-stock.
4. The order is paid in full at the time of placement.
5. The order does not fall under any exceptions.
6. You are not a BuildCircuit Distributor.
7. No modifications are required before shipping.
8. The shipping address provided is correct.

Definitions

Time: Orders must be placed before 1:00 PM Sydney time to qualify for same-day shipping. The time stamp on your order is considered, with orders placed after 1:00 PM being processed on the next business day.

Business Days: Business days refer to Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Closure due to unforeseen circumstances will be communicated promptly.

In-Stock: Only orders containing in-stock items are eligible for same-day shipping.

Paid in Full: Orders must be fully paid at the time of placement, excluding payment via PayPal "echeck."

Exception: Some orders may fall under exception status, requiring additional information or processing time.

If your order qualifies but isn't shipped the same day, we will upgrade your shipping method by one step and dispatch it the following business day.

Despite these rules, we aim to be flexible in accommodating our customers' needs.

Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchases. Unopened and unused products can be returned within 60 days for a refund. Please contact Tech Support for assistance with returns, ensuring adherence to the following guidelines:

• Obtain an RMA (Return Materials Authorization) number before returning the product.
• Include all accessories, manuals, and documentation with the returned item.
• Returns may take up to 2 weeks to process.
• Products older than 60 days are eligible for replacement or store credit only.
• Return shipping charges unrelated to manufacturer error are the customer's responsibility.
• Certain products are not eligible for refund, including custom-configured items.
• Returns for items purchased from BuildCircuit Distributors must be arranged with the respective store.

For defective items or those damaged in transit, please contact Customer Service for resolution.
