This lead time is required to manufacture, print, and assemble the enclosure to our quality standards. Additionally, we do not keep all components in stock at our Sydney facility. Score Display Layout

Target Display

• The top 640 × 160 mm display area is dedicated to the Target.

• During the first innings, the target display can be turned OFF using the browser-based interface.

• During the second innings, the target can be displayed and updated as required.

Middle Line

• Displays Total Runs – Wickets

• Example: 155–6

• Character height: approximately 10 inches

Third Line

• Displays Overs

• Example: 19.5

• Character height: approximately 8 inches

Three Ways to Control the Scoreboard

Operate the scoreboard using any of the following methods:

1. Onboard Controller

• Physical control buttons installed directly on the scoreboard.

• Ideal when the operator is standing near the scoreboard.

2. Wireless Remote Controller

• Long-range wireless operation.

• Control distance of up to 500 metres in an open cricket ground.

• Allows the scorer to operate the scoreboard from a convenient viewing position.

• Physical buttons provide quick score updates.

3. WiFi Browser-Based Interface

• Connect directly to the scoreboard's built-in WiFi network.

• No apps or software installation required.

• Simply open the scoreboard interface in a web browser.

• Compatible with:

  • iPhone

  • Android phones

  • Tablets

  • Windows computers

  • Mac computers

  • Any device with a modern web browser

The browser interface allows complete control of the scoreboard, including setting the target score.

Target Score Operation

Unlike runs and wickets, the target score is not controlled using dedicated physical buttons on the controller.

Since cricket targets are often well over 100 runs, incrementing the value using buttons would be slow and impractical.

Instead, the target score can be quickly entered and updated using the browser-based WiFi interface.

Remote Controller Power Options

The remote controller can be powered by either:

• A standard 5V USB power bank, or

• A 9V battery (rechargeable or non-rechargeable)

This gives users flexibility depending on their preferred setup.

Installation

The scoreboard is designed for portability and easy installation.

It can be:

• Mounted on a wall, or

• Installed on a custom-made stand

Its lightweight construction makes it easy to transport, set up, and store.

3D Printed PETG Enclosure

The scoreboard enclosure is manufactured using PETG (Polyethylene Terephthalate Glycol), a durable engineering-grade material commonly used for functional 3D printed products.

• Better heat resistance than PLA

• Good UV resistance for outdoor use

• Resistant to moisture and corrosion

• Does not rust like metal

Important Information

The enclosure is designed for functionality rather than cosmetic perfection.

Because of the size limitations of 3D printing, larger enclosure components are printed in multiple sections and permanently joined together.

As a result, you may notice:

• Minor surface blemishes

• Visible layer lines

• Glue marks at joining points

• Small cosmetic imperfections

These are normal characteristics of large-format 3D printed products and do not affect the strength, portability, or performance of the scoreboard.

Once installed, the primary focus is the bright and accurate score display rather than the appearance of the enclosure.

5V 10A Power Supply (Not Included)

Power supplies are NOT included and must be purchased separately.

This allows customers to select power supplies suitable for their local electrical standards and environmental conditions.

Important Recommendation

In countries such as Australia, where summer temperatures and UV levels can be extremely high, power supplies exposed to direct sunlight may overheat or fail.

For improved reliability, it is recommended that users:

• Install the power supplies inside a protective weather-resistant enclosure or ventilated cardboard/plastic housing.

• Keep the power supplies out of direct sunlight whenever possible.

• Ensure adequate airflow around the power supplies.

• Keep one spare power supply available, especially during tournaments or extended match days.
